Shipping Destinations

We are currently shipping to:

Customers within the Calgary Alberta and surounding area but plan to expand in the near future.

We do not ship to customers outside the Calgary at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other locations when we can guarantee the shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Starting at $25 per order, shipping costs will be based on order size and weight. As your order volume increases, the cost per unit shipping will be cheaper.

Shipping Times

In most cases, orders are delivered within 2–4 weeks. However, we strongly recommend placing your order 6–8 weeks in advance, especially for custom colours or lengths other than 18” and 22”, to ensure it arrives on time.

All sales are final once the hair has been opened and/or used. However, exceptions will be made for any hair that does not meet Omertà’s quality standards, such as excessive shedding or breakage. 

We offer exchanges without a refund for faulty hair, within our 3-month warranty window, as long as the hair extensions haven’t been chemically altered or coloured.

To initiate an exchange:

Please email us at info@omertahair.com with the details of your concern. A team member will follow up to assist you.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a exchange policy for most items.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and replacement hair will be shipped out.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
