Once your account is approved you will receive an email informing you that you are now a part of 'our family' and will now have full access to the online store.

In most cases, orders are delivered within 2–4 weeks. However, we strongly recommend placing your order 6–8 weeks in advance, especially for custom colours or lengths other than 18” and 22”, to ensure it arrives on time.

Yes, but with some conditions. We accept returns for a refund within 3 months of the original purchase date—not from the delivery date.

Refunds apply only to:

• 18” and 22” stock colours

•  Non-customized orders

• Unopened, unused, unaltered, and sealed hair

Absolutely! We sell to licensed hairstylists, certified extensionists, and hair school graduates.

To order:

1. Create an account on our website.

2. Upload a copy of your government-issued ID, along with your license, diploma, and/or certificate.

3. Allow 2–7 business days for account verification.

Once approved, you’ll be able to log in and shop online.

All sales are final once the hair has been opened and/or used. However, exceptions will be made for any hair that does not meet Omertà’s quality standards, such as excessive shedding or breakage. 

We offer exchanges without a refund for faulty hair, within our 3-month warranty window, as long as the hair extensions haven’t been chemically altered or coloured.
